booking problem

  • Thank you for great booking system! Everything works well BUT
    the thing is if I pick the day and time (let′s say 11.02.2017)
    and I don′t even submit the information and before submiting I change my mind like I don′t want (11.02.2017 but 12.02 instead) then the system is thinking its booked and I cannot click the same date (11.02) as a new customer again even if it′s not booked.
    Can you help me with it ?

    Hi @ivanapau,

    there is a option for that inside settings customize page called Auto reservation. Just leave that empty, save the settings and refresh page with form. Then try again it should not be the case any more ??

    Is is also possible to set the appointments which are already booked by date and time ? so I can see who booked first and who the last ?

    Hi, you have filter in Appointments page and there you can filter out by date and see in which order are created.

    Hi Nikola, thank you again for your answer.
    The thing is I can only manage dates to see them correct. All the times are just randomly shown. Can I fix this ?

    there is no way to do that right now without code change. I will see to include order by at some point to Appointments table.
