• Hi,

    I wonder if you could help us.

    We noticed that if a client changes from a Summer Seasonal Date to a Winter Seasonal Date that the Summer Seasonal price is still displayed.

    Here’s an example:

    Our client’s Seasonal Rates are as follows:

    15/5/2023 – 14/11/2023 Summer Season $95/night

    15/11/2023 – 14/5/2024 Winter Season $125/night

    The first booking dates that I chose were from 19th – 22nd September shows the Summer Season rate of $95 which is great.
    I then changed the booking dates to 16th – 19th November (Winter Season) and the rate displayed is still the Summer Season rate. When I make the booking, it’s made on the Winter Season rate which is correct.

    Similarly, if dates in the Winter Season are selected and the dates are changed to Summer Season dates, then the Winter Season rate is displayed on the Booking page.

    Is there any of making the rate displayed on the Booking page dynamic so that it updates if and when the Check in & Check out dates are amended?

    The reason why I ask is that some prospective customers are confused when different rates are shown on the Booking & Room Booking pages as given in this example.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    @canu

    Hello,

    This is a theme issue. That box where you have the price is not part of WP Hotelier. It is a custom element of the theme you’re using. So you need to contact the developer of that theme.

    In WP Hotelier, when the room has a variable price or a seasonal one, the room page shows “Rates from $130.00?per night”.

    Here there’s an example: https://hello.wphotelier.com/one/rooms/executive-club-deluxe/

    Hello,

    Thanks for your response @benitolopez, I will be sure pass on your feedback to theme tech support as they advised me that it may be an issue to do with the plugin.

    Thanks again.

    Best regards,
    @canu
