booking page not visible

    Hi everyone,
    I have a problem with the plugin, that is, I created the category, I added the service connected to the category, I then created a new page and inserted the shortcode [bookingpress_form] but the page remains blank, practically nothing is seen, while if I insert the back end shortcode is perfectly visible. I have done this test on two different sites, in both cases I have the same problem.
    How can I solve? what am I doing wrong? yet I followed the tutorial.
