Booking outside the available times

I went to book a customer outside of the avail times since we normally close at 6pm. Is there a way for me to still book appointments after 6 AM as an admin but keep the time unavailable to other users? I would like to be able to allow staff to stay late if they would like to take in a customer after hours but I do not want to leave those times available for booking on the calendar front end. Do you have a suggestion in the proper way to do this?
