no there is no padding. rather the padding is set at 0 for both before and afer

In your booking form the service duration has been set to 60 minutes, for that reason it is blocking a whole hour. Please check the service duration. Location of the service duration settings:

So if i want to have one hour appointments every half hour…. what would I do? I set it for one hour appointment, generate a slot every 30 minutes. We want only one person per each one hour time slot.

One hour slot at 10 am
one hour slot at 10:30
one hour slot at 11 am
etc

Hi,

A one-hour slot at 10am will block the time up to 11am. If you need to block only from 10am to 10:30am then setup the services as 30 minutes length.

You can hide the end time of the booking from the booking form and from the emails if needed.

how do I hide the ‘end time’ in the notification/confirmation email. right now the field says <%INFO%>
and it is listing the half hour time bracket
how do i list start time instead?
