Booking notifications not working

I’d suggest to start by testing your email settings. Check out our recommendations here for email settings:

Also, try testing with a neutral email, such as a gmail or a disposable email service like https://temp-mail.org/en/ . If you’re sending to your own email servers it could be an internal mail configuration issue too.

Thanks for that – have tried this but still having the issue!

We have the same issue at the moment.
Events are booked, but the attendees don’t get our confirmation-e-mail.

@mollyhill have you tried the latest EM Dev version 5.9.11.4?
