• We have reports of customers receiving the ‘Success Free Message’ returned from the Authoirze.net gateway when booking, along with a corresponding ‘Pending’ email. No event or ticket information is included in the email to the Customer or admin, no Booking is recorded, and no transaction is recorded with Authorize.net.

    This information is completely lost. We are unable to replicate the issue on demand, unless there is a known way to use the Authorize.net sandbox to trigger the message. Please advise.

    Unfortunately I will not be able to re-post in the EMpro forum since our license has recently expired, however this has been a long standing issue. Only recently where we made aware by customers, with screenshots verifying the return of the ‘Success Free Message’.

    We found this odd since our experience is that no $0 transactions would ever be sent through the Authorize.net gateway since $0 cost tickets do not ask for payment information on checkout.
