Booking Form Not Loading Intermittently

    Hi! I’m having a problem with one of my client’s websites. They have told me that some people have complained that the booking form isn’t showing up sometimes and just showing the ‘whizzy circle’. My client tried it earlier today herself and it was doing it to her. I haven’t been able to replicate the problem myself and it is working again at this present time.

    I’ve tried the obvious solutions, deactivating plugins, updating plugins and themes, clearing the cache etc.

    I have noticed today that the availability date range in the table booking service I have set said it was running from May 2021 (which is from when it was setup). I’ve changed that now to May 2023 – do you think this could cause the issue?

    I just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem?

    Form your description, it seems that to be a problem with cache.

    Please, clarify – are you using any cache plugins in your WordPress? If yes – please try to exclude booking page from caching. Kindly, let me know the if that solved the problem.

    Hi! Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. Yes I have a caching plugin on the website – I’ve added the booking page to the excluded url’s section so fingers crossed this will work! I will monitor the situation and come back to you in a few days to let you know if it worked.

    I’d just like to say thank you for your advice about the cache – this seems to have solved the problem – there have been no more issues since I excluded the booking form pages from being cached. Thank you! ??
