    Hi,

    The booking form is simply not loading when viewing the site as an external visitor but shows up when I am logged in as Admin. I’ve checked with my hosting provider and there are no security restrictions on their server and I have disactivated my security plugin (Loginizer) but it still does not work. Can you please advise?

    Hello,

    I’ve checked the given URL and noticed that there are some JS error displayed in the browser console panel. This might happened due to caching plugin. I would recommend you please check the caching plugin settings and then try again.

    Also, please let us know which caching plugin you’re using and what settings you’ve made on it so that we can replicate the problem on our end and improve the BookingPress with that as well.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the feedback, I made some adjustments and now it seems to work. I am using SpeedyCache Manager. I cleared the cache but that was not the issue. The settings that seemed to cause the issue were: Delay JS (on) -> this was preventing the form to show and Minify JS (on)-> This was preventing the calendar to load after selecting the category of products for which the Booking was to be made. I’ll keep you posted if any other bugs,

    @aryakedaton: I turned off both options for Delay JS?and Minify JS in SpeedyCacheManager
