Booking form not displayed in Events page

On my site when I add an event, booking form i not shown on the individual page.
https://www.ipri.me/rewards/events/test-3/
Please note that there is powered by ‘event manager’ line on the page though.
Have no idea where to start looking for the problem – plugin, theme (have tried changing themes)?
