    The booking form stopped working at some point. When people register it says

    “Registration successful. However, there were some problems whilst sending confirmation emails to you and/or the event contact person. You may want to contact them directly and letting them know of this error.”

    The entry is blank when you look at the bookings, the email I get is blank, and the registered person didn’t get an email.

    did you already tried to change mail sending method under Events > Settings > Emails > Email Settings > Mail Sending Method ?

    The tests work, and it says email sent successfully. I also receive the confirmation emails that someone booked, it’s just blank.

    Are you using No-User Booking Mode?

    If you are, have you recently deleted the user account associated with it under Events > Settings > Bookings > No-User Bookings Mode?

    Hi, Thank you, that was the problem, for some reason the user ids are different, the account that it was assigned to has a different id now.. not sure why, but that was it. thank you
