booking for event

I have event scheduled that needs to allow the person booking choose a meal choice. How do I enable this on the booking system? Is there a way to add a form to the booking for this event?
If they put their choice in the little booking system comments box will it get added to the email sent to the booking recipient and to the event sponsor?
I have WordPress comments enabled. If they use that comment form will the information be included in the email sent to the booking recipient and to the event sponsor?

This event in the question also requires money. I want the money sent to our treasurer which is listed in the event description. Will adding money to the booking system require a payment to a payment processor or is it only to let person booking know how much?
