I have set a booking fee to be a percentage of the total.
On checkout the correct fee is added but it is showing with a $ symbol even though my currency is set to £ or GBP Pound sterling under the setting on both tickets and Events.
    Any advice on fixing that?

    Hi @scatman_uk ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I just visited one of your events that has a ticket with it, tried to do a ticket purchase, and it seems the issue (as described) no longer exists (see https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTnjiEnhQmI). Have you got this sorted out?

No, as you can see from your own screenshot there is a $ symbol next to the transaction fee of 0.75 when the currency should be in £ pounds.
It’s only a minor thing but a little confusing when the totals are in pounds but one of the line items is not!

    Hi @scatman_uk ,

Thank you for your message and the clarification. I totally missed that.

Unfortunately, however, I have not been able to reproduce this issue in my testing environment running only The Events Calendar/Event Tickets plugins. I cannot seem to get the line “Transaction fee” to show up at the checkout screen (see https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTnQQjnhX1I). Do you happen to have some customization done on your site?

If you go to ‘Tickets’ – ‘Booking fee’ and add a new fee, select percentage and then a percentage amount then it will add that line.
