    I understand that you must be very busy addressing the various issues reported – I can only imagine the extra time and effort it is taking to investigate and fix – so my feelings go out to you! It will only make the plugin even better…

    i just needed to report an issue that I see now we have implemented the system (even without the password changes etc.) – and we are very busy managing around 500 bookings/cancellations/re-bookings per day…sometimes up to 1000 transactions per day

    The issue is this:
    When completing the booking steps, the final screen provided the successful booking number…BUT the customer receives a confirmation email at that stage….not when clicking the “Complete” button!

    This is causing issues with us…especially on a mobile phone. The “Complete” button is off the screen so the customer doesn’t know to click it and finalize the booking. It’s only when they click that button that they receive our “Thanks for your booking” page…and the booking is registered with us.

    It appears that once they see the green booking confirmation number – they think thay have completed the booking and stop there. They receive a confirmation email – but the booking is never made because they haven’t clicked the complete button.

    It’s causing many headaches…they can show us the confirmation email they received – but we don’t have the booking!!!

    So the solution should be to a) not send the confirmation until they click the complete button….and b) position the button so it is not off the screen on mobile…next to the confirmation number ideally…and re-name it to click to complete booking” – this removes any confusion.

    This is really important

  • we have the same issue quite often – the first we know is when the customer turns up and thinks they have a booking!

    We have reduced it somewhat by adding a note at the top of the confirmation page along the lines of “READY TO CONFIRM? Your booking will be made when you hit the finalise button below.”

    Yes I’m sure that we can do something like that but it would be great if this was corrected – there shouldn’t even be a booking confirmation number before first confirming/completing the booking!

    I hope the developer takes note of this – it has created so many problems for us. On phones especially, when the “complete” button hides off the screen at the bottom
