    Sorry – we were editing the pages and now when booking an appointment, after “Select Time” is clicked (having selected a time) the rest of the appointment system is not working anymore.

    I am sure we did something but for the life of me, I can’t find it.

    Can you please take a quick look and tell me?

    Hi Linda,

    Are you not able to click on the “Book Appointment” button or is there some other issue?We just went to the page you shared and it seems to be working correctly for us. Could you check with a different browser to see if it’s a browser specific problem? Also, do you see any error on the screen or in the browser console?

    Yes, it might be browser issues. With Bing, no problem. I click BOOK APPOINTMENT and the program continues.

    With Chrome, I click BOOK APPOINTMENT several times and finally the program continues.

    On iPhone – I don’t seem to be able to ‘touch’ and select the day. It is not mobile-responsive?

    Also – I thought there was a message displayed about what service I had selected after I click BOOK APPOINTMENT. Because we have a redirect going to a payment page, how can the client see what they actually selected?

    Last questions for this post – where are the service descriptions supposed to display? I have never seen them although we have them entered.

    Hi Linda,

    We tried booking an appointment using Google Chrome and the form seems to be working perfectly. Could you please update to the latest version of Google Chrome and see if you still face any issues booking an appointment?

    The calendar is completely responsive and should work on all screen sizes, could you please check if you have any Custom CSS added? If so, could you please remove the CSS and see if the calendar shows correctly on all browsers?

    Unfortunately, you won’t be able to display the details on the “Payment Page”, that would require some changes to the code which we do not recommend until you’re comfortable editing the plugin files.

    For the service descriptions, the option is currently not available and the descriptions won’t show on the front-end ,it would be made available in a future update to the plugin.
