Bookable service

Hi! I’d like to add a product as a “Service”. This service has no date and it requires confirmation.
The product would have to be a “Ticket”: the customer book the product (no need to choose date), the admin check availability and then the admin confirms all is ok. Then the customer can pay and he receives a pdf/jpg from admin.
Is that possible? How to do it?
