Book price comparison website

  • I’d like to create a book discussion and price comparison site and monetize it with affiliate links.

    Is there a plugin that will allow me to enter my affiliate information from a number of online retailers, and then generate affiliate links with the corresponding book posts/content?

    I’d like to automate this as much as possible. Perhaps bulk import a list of ISBN and book data to create individual pages for each book. And for each book page, have the corresponding affiliate links displayed.

    Ideally, comments or reviews could be added to each book page too.

  • There are several price comparison plugins and themes out there, with some of them supporting affiliate data feeds.

    You need to really do your own homework: Google, research the available options, try their demos, choose and setup your site, configure, tweak, research additional plugins for missing features you need, etc. etc etc.

    This is a whole project that’s probably going to need several plugins (paid or free), lots of configuration, and even possibly custom development work.

    If this is not your alley, you could post a job on the official WordPress Job Board and hire an expert to do this for you.
