Your question is not about our plugin, these are basic javascript concepts. If you want redirect the user to a different page, pressing a button, the correct would be enter as its onclick event, the piece of code:

document.location.href="https://.....";

Note, that you are not submitting the form, you are simply redirecting to the user to a different page.

Concerning to the form, it is centered, but the sizes of fields were defined as medium or small, instead large.

The styles can be redefined through the attribute: “Customize Form Design” in the “Form Settings” tab (https://cff.dwbooster.com/images/documentation/form-settings-tab.png)

@codepeople I dont see anything about centering it there tho

this worked for everything but the actual bars, any ideas?

I got everything to center but the button options using

#fbuilder .fields, #fbuilder .fform, #fbuilder .dfield
{text-align: center;}

any idea on how to get the button options to center as well?

If you want to center the texts into the labels, and the box of input, the correct would be:

#fbuilder .fields,
#fbuilder .fields>label,
#fbuilder .fields>.dfield{text-align:center !important;}
