Is it possible, in the free version or premium, to book different services during the same time slot? I haven’t seen this answered directly anywhere (sorry if I overlooked it). My organization runs very different services with different staff members and I want to have just one calendar, but the ability for customers to book their different services at the same time.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Designernaut,

Am giving you a senerio how free & premium works:
    In Free Version

    Business Hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm

    -Services
    [1] Hair Coloring – 30min – Providers: admin
    [2] Head Massage – 30min – Providers: admin
    [3] Hair Cut – 30min – Providers: admin

    We had 3 clients A, B, C.
    Client A booked [1] for 10-10:30am, but client B, C couldn’t.
    If client C booked [3] for 10:30-11am, but client A, B couldn’t.

Means a single time slot will be used to allot only single service.

In Premium Version with same stuff

    Business Hours: 10:00am – 2:00pm

    -Services
    [1] Hair Coloring – 30min – Providers: [S1], [S2], [S3]
    [2] Head Massage – 30min – Providers: [S1], [S2], [S3]
    [3] Hair Cut – 30min – Providers: [S1], [S2], [S3]

    -Staff
    [S1] Staff 1
    [S3] Staff 2
    [S3] Staff 3

    We had 3 clients A, B, C.

    Client A booked [1] for 10-10:30am with [S1],
And client B could booked service [1] for 10-10:30am with [S2]
And client C could booked service [1] for 10-10:30am with [S3]

    Client C booked service [3] for 10:30-11am with [S1],
And client B could booked service [3] for 10:30-11am with [S2]
And client C could booked service [3] for 10:30-11am with [S3]

Means a single time slot will be used to allot available service provider(staff). Service [1] has 3 staff provider means each single time slot of service [1] could be booked for 3 times.

May this will help you understand free and premium system functionality regarding your question.

You could try premium plugin demo here.

If any other query then feel free to ask.

    Thanks
    ~Frank
