Bonus Questions on the top of the predictions

Yes you can! the easiest way without any hassle is to do the steps below:

1. Create a new empty page and call it Match predictions (or something)
2. Put the existing page with predictions to concept, so you dont use it anymore
3. Create classic input field and add shortcodes as seen below:

[fp-predictionform? question=”1,2,3,4,5″]

[fp-predictionform matchtype=”13″]

This way you will have the questions at the top, and match predictions below.
If you want to recreate the scrolling thing you can just do so by creating a hyperlink and enter the id of the element as the URL. ??

In addition to the answer from @angelo079, I would like to add that I recommend that you also change the setting in the plugin options to point to your new prediction page. That way other parts of the plugin (shortcode / widget) also know the location of the new prediction page.
