Bombax Theme Not Displaying On Page Titles

    Our developer recently sent our site live, it was sitting as a domain reference on our server, once he took the domain reference IP out and sent the site live on https://www.pro-tectcoatings.com we lost the on page titles at the top of every page.

    The only pages showing a page titles are the Welcome page and the posts on the blog/news page.

    Site is set up with a static home page.

    Developer is scratching his head and cannot seem to supply an answer.
