Boleto Bancário.: An error has occurred while processing your payment.

Hi,
This plugin has been installed and working fine for a few weeks.
We haven’t updated any other plugins nor made any changes to settings or any sort of coding.
Today it just “stopped working”, the option to pay with “Boleto” shows on the checkout page, but when we proceed, we get an error message:
Boleto Bancário.: An error has occurred while processing your payment, please try again. Or contact us for assistance.
Are we the only ones going through this? Are there any known bugs?
And most important: is there anything I can do to fix this?
