I have recently created my website using the Bold theme by Site5. You can see my site at https://www.zevendesign.com. For theme supports prettyphoto jQuery. I am adding photo restorations to my portfolio and would like for the “featured image” to have a prettyphoto box that opens a two image gallery (the before and after of the restored images). I’ve looked up the documentation on prettyphoto and it appears there is some PHP code to do it (I am very new to PHP and WordPress) but the problem is that I want to make this applicable to only certain entries in the portfolio, not all of them.
Hope this all makes sense. If anyone could tell me how to pull this off it would be much appreciated.

It sounds like you’re setting up a portfolio “page” in your menu. Try setting up the menu for portfolio by “categories” instead.

    Thod24

thanks alot man… I really appreciate it

thod24, I actually set up both to try… same results

Hmmmmm. Ironically, I had the same issue happen to me last night when I transferred my site to another host and had to reset some of the settings. I got the same message at the top of the page.

I’ll wait to see what Zeven finds…<start “Jeopardy” music now>

I fixed it, but the problem was how the menu was set up.

lol.. i keep refreshing my main site and can actually see the menu change cause of zeven′s testing ??

Ok, in the end pretty simple. Under the boldy options, you need to choose your portfolio category. Once I did this, it started working.

    OHHHHHHHHHHHH U_U n00b here!

thanks man!!! since yesterday I was triying! hahaa

    thanks alot ??

No problem. That option isn’t the most obvious. It wasn’t until I went into the php code, line 12 that I figured it out myself. And I’m using the theme.

    hahaha

Am having a major problem with my Boldy installation everything else works but the portfolio section i get this nasty error whenever i try to view the page.

    Hi guys,

I have spent a bit of time customising the boldy theme to taste but I cannot get the portfolio to behave the way i want it to. Basically when you click on the thumbnail I would like to flick through a set of images like a gallery but I do not know how to achieve this. I have been trying for a while but have been unsuccessful so far.

Any help would be much appreciated.
This is my site: Divine Photos
and this is the portfolio page which only has a few test images in it hence why its not available through the top nav.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi all,

I am having problems with the title text in the portfolio overlapping the buttons which are on the right.

Anyone else having this problem with the boldy theme?

    Is there a fix?
