    After installing this plugin in Webmaster for my 600 products

    Missing field “mainEntity”

    Added where is the problem from?

    @amirbani Hi, to bold the question of the faqs please go to style tab of the setting page and paste the following codes in the custom css input. click here to see.

    .ffw-wrapper .ffw-question {
    font-weight: bold;
    }

    About faq translation:

    Write now we don’t have translation features, we are going to do that in future. In which language do you want to translate the faqs? please tell us, we will make a queue of it.

    About “mainEntry”:

    Can you give us a link of an image to see the “mainEntry” issue, it will help us to collect the right information about the schema.

    For translation we need a couple of releases, please wait for that.

    FAQ Schema is currently working on the product details page. If you are windows and chrome user please install an extension named “structure data testing tool” and test. For every single product on the product details page, the structure data should work.

    Please test and tell us. We don’t want to make users disappointed.

    @amirbani,

    Can you please consider one thing? Please go to the FAQ setting page, then first disable the option called “Enable/Disable Schema” and then Enable it.

    We have found an issue and we are going to do a quick fix in the next 24 hours.

    The issue is by default the faq schema does not get enable but it should. That’s why your faqs are not in the “mainEntry” value. Please try disable and enable the option. Hope your issue will be solved.

    Thank you for solving the problem and fixing my errors.

    My site is the first Google link in its own keywords
    But why, even though it has been more than a month since I set up faq by your plugin, Google still does not display faq in the results?

    @amirbani, When we have tested your link via Rich Results it shows the page is eligible for rich results and FAQ lists for 4 faq items are showing. So it should be shown in google search. Please contact the google support team and ask why it is happening for you.
