    Hi please advise why my PDF Printed is all bold in text? Where else can i change the setting?

    Could you let me know what font you selected in the PDF settings and which PDF template you are using?

    Hi it is raleway size 10 , template is focus gravity.

    Thanks for clarifying. The most common cause for all bold text when using a non-standard font is the font hasn’t been installed correctly.

    Our font installer allows you to install and set the Regular, Bold, Italic and Bold Italic font files. You’ll need to ensure you select the appropriate Raleway TTF font files.

    The other common issue is if you have the Show HTML Fields PDF setting enabled and that markup is malformed (all tags aren’t closed correctly is the big one).
