BOGO does not apply when giveaway is same product

    Hi,

    BOGO does not apply when the same product is given as giveaway.Gives message that these products are not eligible at checkout if coupon is manually added.

    Interestingly this fails only in some installations and works on others.

    Please review and let me know if you need more information. Thanks.

    Thanks for waiting. We were not able to replicate any issues when we tested the same scenario on our end. Please confirm that there are no restrictions set on the coupon side or the product side. Kindly check it in that way and let us know if anything.
