Body text overlapping into right side bars.

When I write a post or add a picture, at times the words or picture will spill over onto my right sidebars or squish it. Any idea why or how to correct it? I am using BloomingDay 1.0 by themebox.org. Also, I can’t seem to move the words down, BELOW an image. There seems to be a lot of little glitches, maybe someone can recommend a different theme altogether after getting a feel for my site. I’d appreciate any help I can get!
