• Not sure what is conflicting here, scoured the forums and done everything that worked for others.

I have no overrides, I tried clearing every casche linked to my website as well as my own browsing, cleared template cacshe under Woo > Tools and the problem still persists which is really frustrating!

I used my staging site to deactive plugins one by one and it still wouldn’t correct itself, it seems incredibly odd that this is only happening with the completed order email template, every other one works as intended.

    Please help!

Hi! Apologies for the delay! I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this. What version of this plugin are you running? Are you using WPML or any other translation plugins? What theme are you running?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

Experiencing the same issue. Running version 1.5.7 with no translation plugins. Theme is Hello Elementor. As @saitoworks mentioned, the other templates seem to work as intended.

    Email Type: Customer Completed Order
Body Text: our customized message is pasted in the box, but will not update from the default “We have finished processing your order”. It used to work, not sure why it doesn’t anymore.

    Hi @oscash,

Can you confirm that your cache is cleared? Are you using any WooCommerce extension plugins?

    Best,

    Hannah

Hello @hannahritner, thank you for your time.

Yes the cache is cleared. I think I found the conflict – when I temporarily disabled the plugin “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce” the personalized message in the Customer Completed Order email returned. When I enabled the plugin again, the default message reappeared.

The code between the two plugins are clashing somehow. Would you happen to know a solution for this? Otherwise, do you recommend another Woocommerce shipping tracker that is compatible? (browsing through the other plugins either have bad ratings or low active installations)

    Hey @oscash,

I suggest reaching out to that plugins support team do determine if they have insight. Let us know if you need other information from us!

    Best,

    Hannah

Try this in “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce”:

Woocommerce > Shipment Tracking > Fulfillment WorkFlow > Rename the “Completed” Order status label to “Shipped”

On the right hand side click the cog and the Email Customizer will open to edit the “Completed” email. Edit the “Email content” as you would in the “Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer” save and your done!
