Body Text not updated on Order Completed emails

    Hi there,

    Firstly, I’d just like to thank you for sharing such an amazing plugin with the community! I’ve been using your plugin for years and it’s never given me any problems at all.

    Recently though, I realised that the “Body Text” of my order completed emails has been changed to another text instead – “We have finished processing your order”. I’ve not changed the Body Text of my emails for years, and it has been working well so far until recently.

    I’ve tried to update it to something else, even tried removing it altogether but I can’t seem to get rid of the “default” text. I’m just not sure if this issue is only happening to me, or to others as well?

    Hi Hannah,

    The issue was caused by another plugin I was using – the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce by zorem. For some reason, it will overwrite what is configured in Kadence with its own default text (until I changed it).

    Perhaps you could try disabling all plugins and then re-enabling them one at a time until you find the plugin that’s causing the issue.
