Hello, I can change the styles of the emails but not the body text. I change it in the editor and save, the text appears changed in the editor but not in the preview or the actual emails. Using version 1.2.9.

Also, the email is not in the middle of the email client, our width is set at 768, but it is displaying the padding for 600px so everything shifted to the right.

Here is link to a screen shot, also showing that the body text is different to the preview: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QAO01KMArxN7uvqfFBbccNT8A3FAWHb_/view?usp=share_link

    Hi @agpartner ,

    Greetings from Webtoffee Support.

Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the issue you have experienced. We were unable to replicate the same issue on our end. In order to better understand the issue and identify any potential conflicts, could you please provide us with the WooCommerce System Status report? You can access the System Status report in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report. This report provides details about your site environment and configurations.

Additionally, to rule out any theme conflicts, could you please switch the theme to one of the default themes like Storefront and see if the issue persists?

Regarding the padding issue, could you confirm whether the issue occurs in the actual email and not just in the preview?

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this issue for you.

I contacted the developers direct support channel and they were great and fixed the issue for me. There seemed to be a theme related problem with the templates in WooCommerce.

Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Order on hold
    Then click Delete Template File
    Save
    Reload Decorator

    and everything works again!
