Body text is not reflected

    I have tried, resetting, importing the template from another site where it works etc… but the damn text just don’t get displayed for “customer completed order” Body text. I have emptied cache, basically tried everything… any suggestions on how to edit the text displayed? I have it working on other websites.

    Thanks for reaching out! Sorry this has been the case for you. Is this only happening for “customer completed order”? Have you tested the body text with our email types? Is the body text showing in your editor, just not the live emails?

    Thanks for replying, this only happens on “customer completed order” email type… Yes I have tested with [xyz], lorem ipsum etc… so it is not the text itself that is error, its the input field that does not get reflected into the live editor. The letters typed does not get reflected in the emails… and it doesn’t show in the live emails either. Any help appreciated.

    Kindly check if you have email template overrides within your theme by going to Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status and scrolling down until you see Templates.

    If you do have WooCommerce email template overrides, you’ll need to rename/delete those files so our plugin customizations will be applied. For more information regarding this, kindly refer to our plugin’s FAQ section.
