body overlapping header in IE7

Hello,
curious if anyone can point me in the right direction here.. the site I”m working on is https://www.seventy1percent.com

It appears fine in Chrome and Safari, but buggered up in IE7 (maybe other versions too haven’t checked any others). seems like a simple problem but can’t for the life of me get it to work right. It’s like the body container is overlapping the header.

I’m sure this is a CSS problem and it seems exclusive to IE. Any suggestions on how to fix or where to even look?

Any help would be much appreciated.
