Body Edit Box Not Working

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the issue.

    Can you please let me know WordPress, WooCommerce and the Abandoned cart lite version active on your site? It looks like a conflict with the other plugin. Can you kindly follow the below steps to help identify the conflicting plugin.

    1. Deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Abandoned cart lite plugin.
    2. Please check if the issue is fixed.
    3. If yes, then you can start activating the plugins one by one and see with which plugin is conflicting with our plugin.
    4. If not, then can you please set the default WordPress theme and see if it helps fix the issue.

    Please let me know the results.

    Hello, did anyone resolve this as I have the same issue.

    When the Email Templates page first loads I briefly see the field for the Email Body appear, and then it disappears leaving a blank space.
