Body Content not being extracted to post.

I use a outlook.com account to receive emails from a few government agencies. Some send as HTML and some as text I’ve tried changed Postie setting for Preferred Text Type to both HTML/Plain Text. The problem is based on the setting, some emails work, some don’t. I’ve attached links to two examples of email source and you can see one is plain text, one is html. Is there anyway I can setup Postie to accept either flavor into the body of a post? Both kinds have attachments and that seems to work fine.
