You can change the color of the background. To do so, add below code in Additional CSS via Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

I had submitted a bug report – which it absolutely is and the reply I got was terrible. I do not think the person even looked at my site or read my post. It still needs to be fixed or I am going to have to ask for a refund! I will submit another ticket today. Honestly, your customer support is better here than through your support tickets. My other ones have gone completely unanswered. I will keep using the support forums in the hope I get the help I need before my 15 day return period ends.
