Boarder color removal – need transparent boarders

I cannot find a way to remove the boarder color / shading when setting up row segments. I have what looks like a faded visible boarder around the segments of the row layout.

What I want to do is have a transparent boarder so you do not notice any boarders on the row segments.
Is this possible?
