Hi colyz93!
This is Joseph from Imagify, and I’ll gladly assist you here!
I’m really sorry you’re having issues with this!
I’m looking at a page with the following image on it as an example:
/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/12360113-5914758765249072.jpg.webp
I’ll refrain from posting the whole URL in case you don’t want the site shared, but I hope you can find the page.
I think this may be an issue with the theme or plugin displaying the image rather than Imagify, and I say that because when you view all of the following versions of the image directly in your browser rather than on the page it’s being displayed on, none of them are blurry:
/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/71hPRHb8lML._AC_SL1500_.jpg.webp
/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/71hPRHb8lML._AC_SL1500_-100×100.jpg.webp
/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/12360113-5914758765249072-300×300.jpg.webp
But on the page, the image does look blurry, so I think what is happening, is that an image that is too small is being used, and the theme or plugin responsible for displaying the image is scaling it up and causing it to look pixelated.
So I would try contacting the theme or plugin developer about this to see if there is anything they could do from their end.
Please let me know if you have any further questions on this or if I’ve missed anything, and I’ll be glad to continue assisting!
Best regards,
Joseph
