• Hi,
I’ve got an issue with the resolution of my related product and upsells images. I use WooCommerce, and I asked their support for help, but they told that these image sizes were defined by the theme.

I see that the theme placeholder size (in ‘upsells’ at least) is 161.594 x 161.594, and I uploaded images of 400 x 400 pixels, so I suppose that the images shouldn’t be blurry, but they are. I modified the thumbnail size in the customizer, and I also tried to upload different image sizes, but none of these helped.
    Any advise, please?

  • Hi @rkrista,

After you resize the thumbnail size, have you tried to regenerate?

Let us know how you go.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Herman,
I don’t have many products uploaded yet, so it’s not a problem to change the pictures.
The problem auto-solved for some products. The strange thing is that some other products behave strangely. When I set a photo as product image, it’s blurry, but when I upload the exact same picture with the exact same resolution again and set it as a product image, it’s perfect. Do you have an idea why it does that?
    Thanks! ??

    Hi again,
I have another problem, too, still with images. I’ve got galleries on my website. When I want to modify an image and upload it again (say modify the contrast level and re-upload the photo), the changes are not taken into consideration. Even though I always delete the picture that I don’t need anymore before uploading the new one, it’s still the old one that appears in the gallery. Refreshing the page between steps doesn’t help. Do you have a solution for that?
    Thanks!

    Hi @rkrista,

I am sure it’s related to the cache. Clear your site cache if you are using a cache plugin on your site. If your hosting provider has a built-in cache feature, clear it as well. And you might also want to clear your site cache or check it on an incognito browser.

    I hope it will help.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi Herman,
    OK, I’ll check it out.
Thank you for your answer! ??
    Kindly,
