    Good afternoon community,

    Recently I am working in a website that show real estate details, with pictures an dmany data. Between most important parts is floor plans. I upload in JPG format with high size, disabling the auto scalling images with the plugin “Disable “BIG image” Threshold“. I design the pages (Propreties) with Elementor(with the experimental featured desactivated: -Lazy Load Background Images -Optimize Image Loading). I specify in the media setting the full size in 2500px. I install the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails to ensure that problems doesnt happen with the thumbnails.

    I change also the theme just in case and no positive result.

    All those steps I did after look for some solution for the blurry images after uploading to the pages, but no way, still blurry.

    I try all solutions that I found in Google or Youtube an dstill have the problem, and in mobile is even more blurry. With or without lightbox give the same result.

    Can someone give some idea to resolve this?

    Thank you

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @mohamed_bo,

    I understand that you are having a problem with blurry images, it is indeed troublesome.

    Can you deactivate all plugins that optimize/alters the images on your website? Normally, such behavior happens when due to lazy loading scheme.

    If the images are displaying correct when the plugins are deactivated, then that means one of the deactivated plugins is doing this behavior.

    From there, you can activate the plugins one by one and check if the issue happens again in between activation.

    Best regards,
    Robert

    I follow the instructions and it still blurry, BUT I inspect the image and I found this :
    alt=”https://tour-gratis-a-pie.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Floor-Plan_page-0001-2.jpg” width=”687″ height=”388″

    I didnt specify those values anywhere.

    Un poco extra?o
