Blurry Images

    Hello,

    I have set my testimonial images to display at 80×80 BUT they are super blurry – so when I investigated it looks like the plugin is creating various versions of the image so it can display at different sized BUT it trying to show the 50×50 size and blowing it up to fit = blurry.

    I have regenerated all of my thumbnails and tried applying custom css to fix the error but have had no luck.

    Can you please let me know how to fix this? It’s making me super frustrated.

    Hey @josh4762!

    I’m sorry you’re having this issue!

    It sounds like you’ve already changed the Testimonial Image size using our options to display the larger image – is that correct? Can you go ahead and try flushing the cache to see if that helps?

    The plugin does default to using the 50×50 image size, unless otherwise set, but generally doesn’t have an issue displaying larger versions.

    If flushing the cache and verifying the larger image size is set doesn’t help, then we’ll go from there!

    If you’d like to keep things private, go ahead and send an e-mail to [email protected], referencing this thread, and we can continue this conversation through our ticketing system. That way I can take a look at the site in question and see if anything helpful stands out to me. Once we have this resolved, I’ll post the solution here (redacted for privacy as needed) so that anyone else reading can get the answer, too!
