• Hi,

A few months ago my header on mobile (theme Master Blog) has become blurry. This always used to show clear like it does the full version on the website. I’ve tried uploading different dimensions of photo but still have the issue. How can I fix this please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @veggtravel ,

Are you using any optimisation plugin on the site?

Was there any plugin(s) recently installed before you noticed the issue?

To make sure the issue is not coming from another plugin:

    1. Temporarily deactivate each plugin, and
    2. Check the mobile header after each deactivation.

If the header is not blurred after deactivating a plugin, that is the plugin adding causing it.

Let us know how it goes.

Still can’t find cause. Ezoic optimises my site aswell as cloudfare, could these be causing the issue? They’ve been active some time so not sure why they’d suddenly cause problems.

    Hi @veggtravel ,

Thanks for your feedback and patience.

Let’s make sure it’s not an optimisation issue.

    Could you:

    1. Temporary disable the Ezoic and Cloudflare optimisation (one at a time), and
    2. Check in a private/incognito browser mode afterwards?

We would know it’s optimisation-related if that resolves the issue.

Let us know how it goes.
