blurry fuzzy pictures

I reported this problem earlier. My pictures look fine in digital editing program, and on desktop. When I upload them, WP shows them as blurry–not crisp and clear.

Earlier somebody gave me a response that WP set my images to medium, so I set them as full size. I deleted and resized and started again. The picture still looks the same.

Can anybody help?
