Blurry Event page images

    Hi there,

    I have a rather puzzling issue with the events section, I am actually using high resolution photography for the event featured images.

    But for reason on page load most images appear really blurry, when you click into the actual event page the image displays as it should.

    Is this a problem anyone else has heard of?

    I am using the WP theme Thrive.
