Blurred Product Gallery Thumbnails

    Hello.

    On the single product page, the four thumbnail images that line up under the product images are blurry.
    They are large, the product pictures are clear.

    I have searched through the logs of this support forum and set up WooCommerce options and changed the thumbnail size in the WP preferences (I used the regenerate thumbnail plugin), but the thumbnails do not change.

    How do I resolve this?
    Can I get support? This initial PW is asdf.

    Hello there,
    Most likely the issue is caused by a CSS resize of your picture.

    If we can get access to your website we might have a better look at it and confirm this, providing also a fix, is possible.

    It is in maintenance mode now, can you temporarily disable that and leave only the initial password protection?

    Hello,
    As I mentioned, the issue is with the image size. The thumbnail size is 157x157px, but the actual image file is 100x100px.

    I have seen this video but I could not find how to change the image file is 100x100px.

    There is NO “Display” section on my WooCommerce. What’s wrong?
    I could not figure out how I can change my Product Thumbnail size.

    Since the way the thumbnails are displayed largely depends on your theme, it’s best to check with their own support team.

    As a result, Avada’s support staff was able to solve the problem by rewriting the function.php of the theme.
    But thank you for your attentive support.
