Blur with cross are not working

Could you please make sure that you are using the latest versions of your all plugins (mainly WooCommerce, Variation Swatches), Theme, and WordPress?

yes all my plugins are up to date. I also tried different WooCommerce, Variation plugins and the result is the same. then i closed all plugins. However, the result is the same. I can’t find where the problem is. Please can you help
