Bluehost MOJO Marketplaces install error

    I tried to install wordpress via Mojo Marketplace, the only way possibile on bluehost right now, and i couldn’t complete it. Initially i got this error:

    -<Error>AccessDenied<Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>5148DDBC30EA086C</RequestId><HostId>gzpVKXade33MW8gPkqzmKKhZt2ZAdxNw7fN6k6J+7BtgYuvuhnBIcim/C666Ynka</HostId></Error>

    i asked to the mojo support and they said:

    Go to your host cPanel > Files > File Manager and check the box that says show hidden files. Then choose to go to Web Root (the public_html folder) and rename the .htaccess file to .htaccess.bak and try installing again.

    didn’t work beacuse i tried again and another error showed up with the wordpress logo telling that i inserted the wrong password. i asked the Mojo support again and they said:

    Go to your host cPanel > Files > File Manager and then choose to go to Web Root (the public_html folder) and rename the php.ini to php.ini.bak and try installing again. If that doesn’t work, rename the public_html to public_html.bak and create a new public_html folder and try installing again. The last one is only for testing purposes, and you can rename the public_html.bak folder back to public_html so your sites will be back up.

    didn’t work either

    Hi,

    Did you also ask Bluehost support about this? A client had a similar issue last week using MOJO and Bluehost fixed it for them before I could take a look. So unfortunately I don’t know the solution but try Bluehost support too.

    Problem solved. I asked bluehost support and they fixed it manually, so, again, we don’t know what’s wrong
