Hello! Thank you for the support I’ve received so far for your plugin, I am very impressed.

I’m having an issue with a conflict with the Bluehost plugin/cache. If I have the Bluehost plugin activated and the cache set (even to just “Assets only”), my site won’t load the checkout confirmation page. According to Bluehost, they cannot exclude pages from their caching service.

Do you have any thoughts on how to correct this? Thank you.

    Hi @shemakeswebsites

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

Here is a Bluehost guide on how to configure your host to work with Paid Memberships Pro – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/compatibility/hosting/bluehost/

Please let me know if this helps or if you still run into issues with your confirmation page.

I’m sorry but that guide seems to provide conflicting information. Per Bluehost, the caching service (where the article advises to set to “Assets only”) and their endurance cache is the same thing.

They do not offer the option of excluding URLs from their caching. The article should be updated to avoid confusion. Anyone on Bluehost should not use their caching service. I will try a third-party option. Thank you.
