Bluehost and Administration Panel

I am very new to this and may be in over my head. I’ve uploaded WordPress to Bluehost and see that my site is on the web. However, I don’t see the tabs discussed in the documentation including the Administration Panel. Where is this supposed to be????? I have no idea how to post, etc. since I can’t find any tabs.
