Blue square around clickable elements – mobile

    Since the last update, I now have a blue square apearing around clickable elements like the menu icon on mobile devices. I noticed this on OS devices and it is obviously a screen reader function to highlight areas to click. It really does not look good. Can you tell me how we remove this?
