    Hi all,

So I’ve tried in incognito mode and on different browser as well as different devices and I cant for the life of me work out if my header logo is showing properly on mobile and desktop.

I either see a blue box with a questionmark or just a white space at the top of the page!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @adayofzen,

Thanks for the link to your page.

Do you have a link to your header logo so we know what it looks like?

Here’s the header we see on your site now on DT and mobile.

We don’t see any obvious missing logo.

    Cheers!

    Hi, @adayofzen

You may wonder why @mlchaves says there’s no problem. Well, there are missing images, just that not all the time. You use smushcdn to display all of your images. If that cdn serves the images, then you get to see them, if not, you see that blank space. Once loaded in a browser, they are being cached, so they will show up until cache is cleared.

In your case, smushcdn thinks you use too much of their resources and here’s the error I got for your logo (but other images were missing too). [click the image to enlarge – I wanted to capture full cdn link]

    smush

After a few page refreshes, images showed up.

You can try deactivating whatever plugin you use to smush your images and contact that plugin’s developers. They might offer a free plan with limited resources. t

    Hope this helps,
    Kind regards!

    Hi guys,
Thanks so much for your replies.

@vladytimy Im currently using smush pro and their CDN. Does what you describe mean that if I stopped using the CDN then I should be able to see the logos as normal?
It’s all a little confusing to me as I’m more front end than back, So I don’t really know if its a big problem or not!

    thanks!

Im currently using smush pro and their CDN

Contact them and show them the above screenshot.

If you stop using their services, yes, the problem you have might be resolved, but I assume you still want to take advantage of what they can offer. Since you are using a commercial product, they’ll be able to give you the adequate solution to your problem.

This seems to be a problem on their end, so let them know about your issue and they’ll provide a fix.
